Survey Earnings for 2008: Breakdown and Proofs of Payment…

I thought I’d start off by showing a breakdown of my survey earnings for ’08. 2009′s breakdown will be in the next post. I guess I don’t HAVE TO show a breakdown or proof of payment, but if the tables were turned, it’s something I’d like to see on someone’s blog. I’ll write very briefly about each survey site, but will post more in-depth reviews about them over the coming days/weeks.

So here goes:

* GLOBALTESTMARKET - £28.03 ($50.00)
{an international site – Takes a while to reach payout as it’s quite high ($50), but in my experience, they do pay. Only pays by cheque for now.}

PROOF OF PAYMENT: I unfortunately didn’t have a camera at the time, so couldn’t take a snap of the cheque I received. What I do have, however, is a screenshot of when I reached the minimum payout on GlobalTestMarket. You’ll notice it’s in ‘marketpoints’. Well, each one of those points is equivalent to 5 cents and you have to have a minimum of 1000 of those points (equiv to $50) before you can request payout. As you can see, I was a little over 1000 points.

* LIGHTSPEED PANEL (UK) - £9.00 ($14.78)
{The main site is lightspeedpanel.com which is international. I’m with the UK one, but the main site accepts many countries including US, Japan and Australia. Every 115 points is equivalent to £1. Minimum Paypal payout: £3 (used to be £1). You can also exchange points for gift certificates, prizes and music downloads.}

* OPINIONWORLD - £4.00 ($5.94)
{international. A lot of the surveys do not pay which is a big put-off; but when they do, the pay isn’t too bad for 15 mins of your time}

* AMERICAN CONSUMER OPINION PANEL (ACOP) - £2.00 ($3.74)
{international. I rarely receive surveys from them. Shame as I find their surveys quite enjoyable. They only pay via cheque. No minimum payout – once you do the survey, you can make a request for a cheque to be sent out to you.}
