£5 Cheque Received from Consumer Intelligence…
I joined Consumer Intelligence last month (Oct 17th) after I found out about it on a forum. Glad I did as I earned £5 relatively soon after.

| Oh, in case you’re wondering, my English name is Janet. |
There are a number of ways to earn on the site, including:
- completing surveys (£5-£30 per survey)
- online mystery shopping (£5-£30 per project)
- writing blogs (part of a competition – you get £25 if chosen and published)
- writing news posts (£5 if chosen and published)
It also holds regular survey competitions with cash prizes worth £5-£100.
So far, I’ve only taken part in a couple of surveys (about three, I think). I took part in a survey about broadband and that’s the one that won me the money.
UK residents only.
Of the few I’ve done, not long. Took me no longer than 5 minutes each time.
…£5.00
By cheque (only). When you receive notification that you’ve won, you have to log into your Consumer Intelligence account and verify that your name and address are correct. You’re also asked to email a short testimonial. Additionally, there’s the option to take a picture of yourself and the cheque when you receive it. If you do that, and it’s published, you get an additional £5.00.
The cheque takes up to a week from the time the project ends. Mine took 12 days from the time I was notified of my win.
You get £1 per referral. This is capped at £1000.
You also receive £0.10 every time your referral refers someone.
I haven’t got much longer to reach my £250 target, about 7 weeks or so, so I’m hoping joining Consumer Intelligence will help a bit towards that. If my recent cheque is anything to go by, then it looks promising. Watch this space.
I’m out…
MissEb.
(UPDATE – 8th Nov: just got an email letting me know I won another £5 for a survey I took. Very chuffed. Will post up a copy of the cheque when I get it. Good times! // UPDATE – 19th Nov: Won another £5.)

Hi Ian,
You're welcome.
Thanks for the opportunity. Wish I'd found the site sooner.
And, yes, if I have any feedback, will certainly give it.
Take care…
